About
Mission: The Freshman Leadership Forum (FLF) is the premier leadership, service, and personal development program on our campus. FLF is designed to integrate and introduce freshmen to the Associated Student Government (ASG) and various other leadership opportunities on campus.
Vision: FLF members participate in bi-weekly meetings, student-leader mentorship programs, and government simulations while learning about leadership and service to gain the tools and skills necessary to be future ASG and campus leaders. Through curated programming and intentional networking, FLF members develop a community of leaders who will go on to serve across campus, the Northwest Arkansas area and beyond.
