Raking on SBAT done from south beginning to first Bench seat north of Skipton Lane crossing.
Tried to shore up a washout on the north side of a ridge before the creek crossing north of that bench.

Raked another section of the SBAT from the Skipton Lane crossing south towards where I worked the day before. (Still about 200 feet needs raking to connect the two raked sections)

Worked on SBAT Trail. Raked on southern portion of Trail north of Grosvenor crossing from where I stopped last to a bit past the ‘washout area’ south of Skipton Lane and high above Grosvenor. Repaired wash-out as best I could.

Walked SBAT from Bedford Crossing to Bear Hollow Trailhead removing problem rocks, limbs, etc. Filled wash-out hole that is below the switchback descent just north of Bedford Crossing. Used lots of larger rocks to fill this to keep someone from dropping a wheel into this leaf covered hazard. Also severed in several places the monster Poison Ivy vine that is all over a tree next to the descent just north of the Lancashire Crossing. Hopefully this will keep it from stretching those nasty leaves into the mtb path this year.

Worked on SBAT Trail- repaired muddy drainage crossing just north of Grosvenor. Removed some fallen tree segments, etc from the waterfall north of the first creek crossing north of Grosvenor. Scouted SBAT from Grosvenor to the ‘Dragon Tree’ south of the Bedford Crossing, removing limbs and large rocks from the trail and scratching open trail drains where needed.
Trail will need leaves raked pretty soon.

More gravel and rock work on the southern entry to the SBAT Trail. Improved a portion where the trail drops down from Avenby to the Pinion Creek bed. Towards the bottom of this slope the trail had begun to fill on the upper side resulting in a narrow downhill slope—I widened and flattened the trail in this area and shored up the downhill side with a large flat rock and gravel where it had been washing. Also moved some creek gravel and sand to improve the area where the trail rises out of the creek bed heading north towards Grosvenor.
